- Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before your next billing date. Yearly upfront plans do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Promotional Codes/Coupons: If you used a promotional code or coupon (including 100% off "forever" coupons), the discount applies strictly to the specific plan and account it was redeemed on. Coupons hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

- For monthly plans, cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain access until the end of your current paid month.
- For yearly plans, cancellation stops future changes, and you will retain access until the end of your paid 12-month cycle.

- Yearly (Paid Upfront) Members: Your subscription will be canceled immediately. We will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. This refund is calculated based on the number of full remaining months left in your current 12-month billing cycle.
- Free and Coupon Members: Members who accessed the site using a 100% off coupon, promotional free trial, or free tier are not entitled to any cash payouts, refunds, or compensation upon termination of the Service.
