NEXT-GENERATION CARE is a specialized mentoring course for women who want to disciple teens and young adults, roughly ages 13 to 20. Written for women who have completed foundational mentor training, or who have similar experience, it builds on ONE-ANOTHER CARE and WISE CARE and carries their foundations across the bridge to a younger generation. Written by a Certified Biblical Counselor and longtime mentor trainer, it prepares lay women to mentor at a mentoring level, without pretending to replace professional counseling.

•Look beneath behavior to the heart, using a simple iceberg picture built on biblical teaching about the heart
