These instructions apply to all three Cohorts.
​Each lesson page has a video and some instructions.
​Work through the lesson in your workbook before viewing the video or participating in the discussion.
​This will give you the best experience.

Lesson pages are all available whenever you are ready for them. These are password-protected for your privacy. Only Cohort members have access. The lesson pages will remain available to you even when you complete the workbook. The Cohort gives you lifetime access.

Once you have worked through a workbook lesson, watch the video at the top of that lesson page, and follow the instructions and prompts for the discussion forum. You can return at any time to read responses and add more input as you wish. You are encouraged to do this!

Ellen will be monitoring all discussions regularly.

Discussion Prompts are in the video and above the discussion area on the lesson page. The prompts emphasize the key points from the lesson. You are welcome to also post anything else you'd like to ask or add.

As a Cohort experience, these discussions are critical to our learning and growth. The purpose of this Cohort, versus a self-paced course you do independently, is the additional wisdom and experience of others in community.

Discussions are really the heart of this experience, and you are strongly encouraged to participate.
